Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are nonrefundable but may be applied as a credit.
No Shows and Late Arrivals:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and is nonrefundable.
Late arrivals do not receive extra time; all sessions must end at the originally scheduled time.
