Dog Daycare & Boarding Preview
4-hour minimum drop-off evaluation
Service Description
Our Dog Daycare & Boarding Preview is a 4-hour minimum drop-off evaluation required before boarding reservations are approved. This visit is similar to a short day at daycare and gives your dog time to settle in, explore the environment, meet our team, and show us how they handle being away from home. For social dogs, we also evaluate small-group play. Not every dog needs or enjoys group play, and that’s okay. This Preview helps us decide what type of care will be safest and most comfortable for your dog, whether that is social play, one-on-one time, structured rest, or individual care. A Preview may also be requested after a Complimentary Meet & Greet if we need more time to get to know your dog before approving daycare.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your daycare appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable, but the payment can be applied to a rescheduled daycare appointment. No-shows are non-refundable.
