Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
Country Road Canines, LLC and Triple Play Dog Sports is private property and is accessible by appointment, lesson, or scheduled event only.
By entering the property or participating in any activities, the undersigned Participant agrees to the following:
Dock diving and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, drowning, slips, falls, dog bites, collisions, equipment failure, and other unforeseen hazards involving dogs, water, docks, and training environments.
The Participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, both known and unknown, including those that may arise from the actions, inactions, or negligence of the Facility, its owners, staff, contractors, trainers, or other participants.
The Participant agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Country Road Canines, LLC, Triple Play Dog Sports, their owners, employees, contractors, trainers, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to themselves, their dog(s), any family members or guests, and personal property, arising out of or related to participation in dock diving activities, lessons, rentals, events, or use of the Facility.
The Participant accepts full responsibility for their dog(s), their own actions, and any individuals they bring onto the property. The Participant agrees they are liable for any injury, damage, or incident caused by their dog(s) or guests while on the property.
If participating in a trainer-led session, the Participant understands that the trainer is responsible for instruction and handling guidance. The Facility is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or instruction of independent trainers.
The Participant confirms that their dog(s) are up to date on required vaccinations, are free of contagious illness, and are physically able to participate in dock and water activities. The Facility reserves the right to deny participation if a dog is deemed unsafe, unfit, or poses a risk to others.
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Country Road Canines, LLC and Triple Play Dog Sports from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from their actions, their dog(s), or any individuals they bring onto the property.
Country Road Canines, LLC and Triple Play Dog Sports reserve the right to deny or discontinue access at any time for safety concerns or any situation that may pose a risk to people, dogs, or property.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk and are voluntarily giving up certain legal rights.
