If your dog is new to swimming or unsure about the dock, start with a Beginner Dock & Swim Lesson first, so you have the guidance and support to set things up correctly.
Booking & What To Expect

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow your dog to potty and settle

Wait until your scheduled time and until the previous group has cleared the dock area

Your time starts and ends at your booked slot—late arrivals do not extend session time
If this is your first visit to our facility, we’ll meet you briefly at the start of your session to go over dock flow, safety, and rules.
