How We Got Here

Meet Puck...

At Country Road Canines, everything we do centers on one simple idea: dogs need the right environment to truly thrive.

Our journey started with our own dog, Puck. He struggled in a busy neighborhood—too much noise, not enough space, and constant stress. We saw firsthand how the environment impacts behavior, and we knew there had to be a better way.

So we made a big change—trading our home for a 3-acre property in the country where dogs could move, think, and just be dogs.

Today, that same purpose drives everything we offer. Whether it’s training, boarding, daycare, or dock diving, our focus is on providing structure, space, and thoughtful care tailored to each dog.

We’re not a high-volume facility. We keep things intentional, calm, and personalized—so every dog who comes here gets the same attention and understanding we gave Puck.

Because every dog deserves the chance to feel safe, balanced, and fulfilled.

Stacy is the heart behind Country Road Canines. She's passionate about helping dogs feel understood, build confidence, and learn in ways that make sense to them. She believes training should strengthen the relationship between dog and handler while creating clear communication, trust, and real-life skills.

Kenny helps keep the day-to-day care running smoothly at Country Road Canines. From playgroups and boarding routines to helping around the property, he brings a calm, steady presence to the dogs in our care. His focus is making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
