Facility & Dock Rules

Country Road Canines, LLC & Triple Play Dog Sports

General Requirements

All new clients must complete the Liability Waiver and Facility & Pool Rules acknowledgment prior to arrival. If the required forms are not completed, access to the facility will not be permitted.

Vaccination dates (Rabies, DHPP/DAPP, Bordetella) must be provided and kept up to date. If records are not on file, the session may not take place and will not be refunded.

Dogs must be healthy and free of illness (no coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 48 hours).

No females in heat are allowed on the dock or in the pool.

Please refrain from applying topical flea/tick treatments within 5 days of your appointment.

Age Requirements:

• Minimum age of 12 weeks for swim lessons only

• Dogs must be at least 6 months old to jump from the dock

Dog & Handling Rules

Dogs must remain on leash at all times, except when on the dock. Retractable leashes are not allowed.

Dogs must enter the dock and water voluntarily. No forcing, pushing, or dragging a dog into the pool.

Dogs must potty before entering the dock area. All waste must be cleaned up immediately.

Only floatable, non-edible toys are allowed in the pool. Floatable treats are permitted as long as they do not enter the skimmer.

Dock & Pool Use

For safety and flow, one dog and one handler on the dock at a time is recommended. No more than 2 people on the dock at one time under the guidance of a trainer.

Only 1 person on the ramp at a time

No one is allowed in the pool unless under the guidance of an instructor or when a dog requires urgent assistance.

The Air Retrieve Rig is not available during private rentals. It is only permitted during instructor-led lessons.

Use of the training field is not included with dock or pool reservations and is prohibited unless reserved in advance.

Field use must be booked and paid for separately.

Children & Guests

Children must be supervised at all times. No one under 18 is permitted on the property without adult supervision.

Minors age 5 - 18 are allowed on the dock with an adult and must be under the guidance of an instructor.

Participants are responsible for all guests they bring onto the property.

Scheduling & Appointments

All sessions must be booked in advance through the website.

Please arrive on time.

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. You may enter at your scheduled time once the previous session has exited.

Late arrivals will not be extended.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

Late cancellations or missed sessions are not refunded.

Sessions may be canceled or adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Acknowledgment

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property without a refund and possible restrictions on future use of the facility.

Country Road Canines, LLC and Triple Play Dog Sports reserve the right to refuse service or deny access at any time for safety or policy concerns.
