Dock Pool Rules and Policies

Thank you for choosing us for your dog's swim and dock diving experience. This document explains how our swimming, dock diving, and related facility use works, what is required before your visit, and what to expect during your session. Please review these policies before booking or arriving for services.

Before Your Visit

All new clients and anyone new to our facility must complete the required Participant Agreement and Release of Liability and Facility and Pool Rules before arrival. If these forms are not completed in advance, access to the facility will not be permitted.

Vaccination Records

Current vaccination dates must be provided and kept up to date for:

  • Rabies

  • DHPP/DAPP

  • Bordetella

If current vaccination records are not on file, the session may not take place and will not be refunded.

Booking and Reservation Confirmation

All swimming, dock diving, and related sessions must be booked in advance through the website. Sessions are considered scheduled only after they have been properly completed through the required booking system and you’ve received an email confirmation.

Arrival and Session Timing

Please arrive on time and be ready to begin and end within your scheduled session. Late arrivals will not receive extra time, and sessions will not be extended past the scheduled end time.

Health and Participation Requirements

Dogs must be healthy and able to participate safely. Dogs may not attend if they:

  • have had coughing, vomiting, or diarrhea within the past 48 hours

  • are currently ill

  • are female dogs in heat — females in heat are not allowed on the property

Please avoid applying topical flea or tick treatments within 5 days of your reservatoin. These rules help protect water quality, facility cleanliness, and the safety of all dogs using the space.

Age Requirements

  • Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old for swim lessons only

  • Dogs must be at least 6 months old to jump from the dock

Dog Handling and Safety Rules

For safety, dogs must always remain on leashes, except when on the dock. Please note:

  • Retractable leashes are not allowed

  • Dogs must enter the dock and water voluntarily

  • No dog may be forced, pushed, or dragged into the pool, including by pulling on the leash, lifting them in, or pressuring them from behind

We want every dog's experience to be safe, positive, and confidence-building.

Potty and Cleanliness Rules

Dogs must potty before entering the dock area and again between turns as needed. All waste must be cleaned up immediately. Failure to clean up after your dog may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Toys and Treats

Only floatable, non-edible toys are allowed in the pool. Floatable treats are allowed as long as they are not left in the pool on or the dock.

Dock and Pool Use Rules

For safety and flow of the session:

  • A maximum of two handlers may be on the dock, in addition to the trainer

  • Only one person may be on the ramp at a time

No one is allowed in the pool unless:

  • They are under the guidance of a trainer, or

  • A dog requires urgent assistance

Private Rentals and Instructor-Led Lessons

Some equipment and activities are limited based on the type of session booked.

Air Retrieve Rig: The Air Retrieve Rig is not available during private rentals and is available only during instructor-led lessons.

Training Field Use: Use of the training field is not included with dock or pool reservations. The field may not be used unless reserved and must be booked and paid for separately.

Children and Guests

Children are welcome, but they must be always supervised. Minors ages 5 to 18 are allowed on the dock only with an adult present and under the guidance of a trainer.

Participants are responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests they bring onto the property. Full liability terms for guests are outlined in your signed Participant Agreement and Release of Liability.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a refund

  • Late cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled

  • Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Weather, Safety, and Facility Adjustments

Sessions may be canceled, paused, or adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a change is needed, we will adjust based on what is safest and most appropriate for the facility, dogs, and participants.

Facility Rules and Participation Expectations

All clients and guests are expected to follow facility rules, pool rules, staff guidance, and posted instructions during their visit. Failure to follow the rules may result in removal from the property without refund and restrictions on future use of the facility.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Country Road Canines, LLC and Triple Play Dog Sports reserve the right to refuse service, deny access, or discontinue a session at any time. Full terms regarding refusal of service and removal from the property are outlined in your signed Participant Agreement and Release of Liability.
