Complimentary Daycare Meet and Greet
Service Description
Our Dog Daycare Meet & Greet is a 15-minute in-person visit for families interested in daycare or boarding who would like to meet us before scheduling a Daycare & Boarding Preview. During this short appointment, you’ll have a chance to visit, ask questions, learn how our daycare program works, and allow your dog to sniff, explore, and get comfortable in our private dog park. This is not a daycare evaluation or dog-to-dog introduction.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your daycare appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable, but the payment can be applied to a rescheduled daycare appointment. No-shows are non-refundable.
